It tells us how we will work with you, how we will handle your information, and what your rights are. It is important to read this so you know what to expect when buying your insurance.

Quote Schedule

A quote schedule is a document that confirms your quotation details. It includes important details like your name, the dates you will be covered, and what type of cover you have.

This will be a letter which gives you more details about next steps and how to get the most out of your cover.

A medical declaration shows you what you have told the insurance company about any health conditions, and which conditions they have accepted cover for. It is important to be honest so that your insurance will cover you if something happens related to your health during your trip. If a condition is not listed on your declaration, it means your insurer might not know or have accepted cover for it. It is so important to make sure to check everything detailed on your declaration before you purchase your insurance, and if anything changes during the duration of your policy, please contact your insurer so they can update your information.
