About The Promoter:

This Policy Document Survey Competition is run by Travel Insurance Facilities Plc (tifgroup). The registered office is: Suite 12, 20 Churchill Square Kings Hill Kent ME19 4YU (“The Promoter”).
Travel Insurance Facilities Plc is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), FRN 306537.

How to Enter:

Customers who complete the survey following a recent interaction or purchase with a participating tifgroup brand will be entered into a prize draw held every two months.
To qualify, you must have received an Alpha Policy Document Survey within the last two weeks and received a survey invitation.
Only one entry per person, per invitation.
Entries must be submitted via the official survey platform.

The Prize:

Every two months, one winner will receive a £50 Amazon Gift Card.
The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered.
If an Amazon voucher is unavailable, a suitable alternative of equal value may be provided.

Winner Selection and Notification:

• A winner will be selected at random from eligible entries submitted during the two months.

• The winner will be notified via the email address provided in the survey.

• If no response is received within 7 days, the prize may be forfeited and another winner chosen.

• Entrants are responsible for ensuring their contact details are correct.

• The Winner will be sent their voucher/s via email.

Legal:

The Promoter is entitled to change, amend, extend, cancel, or review the ‘Policy Document Survey Competition’ terms and conditions and any other relevant material as required without prior notice. By entering, entrants will have agreed to abide by these terms and conditions and any revisions or amendments. The entrant agrees that The Promoter will not accept liability for such changes or any inconvenience caused as a result thereof.
