We're sorry you've had troubles on your trip! To start your claim and to make the process as quick as possible, download the relevant claims form from the list below. Once you've filled in all the necessary information, make sure you attach all of the relevant documents (receipts, medical reports, police reports etc), then send in to the claims team on:
