What is personal liability travel insurance?
Personal liability travel insurance provides cover in the event that you are found to be legally liable for accidental injury or damage you may have caused to another person or their property.
In the event of any incident in which you are involved, it is important that you do not admit liability or offer compensation, even if you feel that you are in the wrong. Wherever possible you should exchange names and addresses, and obtain the names and addresses of any bystanders that might have seen what happened.

You should have the appropriate form to make your claim by using the download button below, and make sure that you answer all of the questions as fully as possible, as this will enable your claim to be dealt with more efficiently. The claim form clearly states what additional information and documentation is required in order to support your claim. We strongly recommend that you keep copies of all items that you send to us, just in case the originals are lost in the post.
